My BuyForMe item is wrong or faulty. What do I do?

We're sorry about that. Please let us know while your item is still at our warehouse, before you ship it. Message us with your order details, and we'll handle the return to the store for you.

If the mistake was ours, for example, we ordered the wrong size or colour from the details you gave us, there's no return fee.
