Can I return a parcel to the seller?

Yes. Ask the seller for a prepaid returns label and send it to us. We'll send the parcel back.

Good to know:

  • Fees: a return to sender fee of £10 applies on our Starter and Standard plans. Returns are free on Premium.
  • Consolidated items: if the item is already part of a consolidation, a split parcel fee applies as well.
  • Collection days: couriers collect returns on working days only(Monday - Friday), as our warehouse is closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays.
