Can I cancel my BuyForMe order?

Yes, as long as we haven't placed the order yet. In that case, you'll get a full refund.

Once we've placed the order, our BuyForMe fee can't be refunded.

If the store agrees to a cancellation or refund, we'll refund the cost of your items once the store has refunded us.
