My parcel is late or lost. What do I do?

If your parcel missed its expected delivery date, and the tracking isn't moving, message us with your shipment number.

We'll raise a case with the courier to investigate.

Sent with Royal Mail? Royal Mail parcels can't be reported as lost until 60 days after they were sent.

If yours is delayed, please bear with us until then. We'll keep checking the tracking for you.
