Can I send laptops, phones or other items with batteries?

Yes. Devices with their batteries inside, such as laptops, phones and tablets, can usually be sent.

There are a few safety rules for lithium batteries to know about:

• Loose batteries and power banks can't be sent.
• Some couriers limit how many devices can go in one shipment. Usually it's up to 2 devices per box, and up to 2 boxes per shipment, so 4 devices in total.
• Liquids can't be packed with electronics in the same parcel. If you're consolidating, they'll need to be sent as separate shipments.
