It depends on the shop. UK prices usually include VAT, and some retailers will refund it on goods that leave the UK, but many don't.

If your retailer does offer a VAT refund, they'll need proof that the goods were exported. We can provide a certificate of export, which you can then give to the shop. Message us to ask for one as a special request. It usually costs £5.
