Why has the courier charged me a fee on top of duties?

The courier sends you an invoice for the import duties and taxes due in your country. That invoice usually includes a broker fee as well, for handling your parcel through customs.

The broker fee is charged by the courier, not by us. The amount depends on the courier and your country.
