Shipping to the USA: what do I need to know?

The US has some extra rules, so it's worth a quick read before you buy.

• Duties can apply to any parcel. Since August 2025, the US no longer lets low value parcels in duty free. Duties and taxes may apply whatever the value.
• Children's products and toys must meet US safety rules (known as CPSC). We may ask you for extra details, such as the manufacturer and when the item was made.
• Health and medical items may need the manufacturer's details for US customs (the FDA).
• Food is difficult to send to the US because of FDA rules, so we'd recommend not ordering food for US delivery.
• Couriers: we ship to the US with DHL, UPS and FedEx. Royal Mail isn't available to the US.

If customs or the courier ask for more information, please reply quickly, as delays can lead to your parcel being returned.
