What happens if the recipient refuses to pay duties?

It depends on the rules in the destination country:

• The parcel is returned to us. You'll need to pay the return shipping charges.
• The parcel is abandoned or destroyed. Some countries don't return refused parcels. In that case the parcel is lost and can't be recovered.
