How do I fill in the customs form?

When you book your shipment, you'll enter what's inside your parcel and how much each item costs. Our team then adds the commodity codes that customs needs.

To avoid delays:

• One item per line. If your parcel has a jumper and a pair of trainers, add them as two separate lines.
• Be specific. "Men's cotton jumper" rather than "clothing". Vague descriptions can lead to customs delays and the wrong duty being charged.
• Use the price you paid. Enter the real value of each item.
