Can I see what's inside my parcel?

Every parcel gets an arrival photo when it's logged into your account, so you can see it's arrived.

If you'd like to know more about what's inside, there are two options:

• Parcel inspection: we open your parcel and check the contents for you, for example that the right item, size or quantity has arrived, and report back.
• Extra photos: we open your parcel and take photos of the contents for you.

A fee applies for both, depending on your plan. See our pricing page.
