Why is my consolidated box bigger than my original boxes?

This usually happens when a consolidation is done without repacking. We keep your original shipping boxes sealed and put them inside one bigger box, and odd shaped boxes don't always fit together neatly, so there can be some empty space.

For the smallest possible parcel, choose Consolidate and repack. We'll take your items out of the shipping boxes and pack them together in their retail packaging.

We only recommend consolidating when it saves you money compared with shipping your parcels separately.
