How long can you store my parcels for free?
Every plan includes free storage, counted from the day your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Consolidated shipments: once your consolidation is made, it has 7 days of free storage from that day.

What happens at the maximum storage time? Parcels that reach your plan's maximum storage time are permanently removed from our warehouse, so please book your shipment before then.
