Can you make my parcel smaller?

Yes. If a retailer has sent your item in a box that's bigger than it needs to be, we can repack it into a smaller one. Shipping is priced on size as well as weight, so a smaller box can cost less to send.

To request it, click the Repack option next to the parcel in your account. Our team will have it ready within 2 business days.

Repacking is free on our Premium plan. On other plans a fee applies, see our pricing page. If you're consolidating, repacking is included as part of the consolidation.

Something fragile? We can also repack items that need extra protection. Use the same Repack option next to the parcel.
