How does consolidation work?
Consolidation combines parcels from different shops into one shipment, so you only pay for international shipping once.
How to consolidate
- Log in to your account and tick the parcels you want to combine.
- Click Consolidate.
- Choose how you want them packed (see below).
- Our team will have your consolidation ready within 2 business days.
Two ways to consolidate
- Consolidate and repack (selected by default): we open the original shipping boxes and put your items, still in their retail packaging, into one new box. This usually gives the smallest parcel and the biggest saving.
- Consolidate without repacking: we keep the original shipping boxes sealed and put them inside one bigger box. Untick the repack option if you'd rather your boxes weren't opened.
Before you click Consolidate
Wait until all the parcels you want to combine have arrived. Once a consolidation is done, it's packed, sealed and ready to ship, so you can't add more parcels to it.
If you ask us to redo a consolidation or repack, a charge applies again, unless the mistake was ours.
Storage and fees
Once your consolidation is made, it has 7 days of free storage. The consolidation fee depends on your plan. See our pricing page.
