How do I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been despatched, open the "Shipped Packages" tab in your account and click the tracking link.

You'll see the courier's latest updates.

How much tracking you get depends on the service:

• DHL, UPS and FedEx: full tracking from our warehouse to your door.
• Royal Mail Tracked: tracked, although updates can be less detailed once your parcel is handed to the postal service in your country.
• Royal Mail Untracked: no tracking. This is only available for single parcels, not consolidated shipments.
