How will I know when my parcel has arrived?

We'll email you as soon as your parcel is logged into your account.

Here's what to do next:

1. Look out for our arrival email.
2. Log in to your myUKmailbox account.
3. Open your Dashboard Inbox to see your new parcels.

Parcels normally appear in your account within 24 hours of being delivered to us.

If your parcel is showing delivered, but it's not in your account after 2 working days, message us with your tracking number and we'll find it.
