Are my parcels opened before they’re despatched?

Yes. As the exporter, we’re responsible for what leaves our warehouse, so we need to know what’s inside every parcel. This lets us make sure it’s safe to ship and isn’t a prohibited item.

We only check what the contents are. We take care not to disturb your items or open their retail packaging.
