Can you remove bulky boxes, like shoe boxes, to save space?

Yes. Removing retail packaging such as shoe boxes can make your parcel smaller and cheaper to ship. Message us to ask for this as a special request.

Special requests cost £5 if they take up to 10 minutes. Longer jobs are charged at £30 an hour. We’ll let you know before we start if it will cost more than £5.
